All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS with no warranty, expressed or implied, for merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

The Auctioneer and the Seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defect in any lot & makes no warranty in connection therewith.

No allowance, refund or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, error in cataloging, imperfection, defect or damage. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to have inspected the merchandise thoroughly.

Security for purchases is the responsibility of the Buyer and which starts immediately upon the sale of each lot. Removal is at the expense, liability and risk of the Buyer.

Auctioneer Announcements made during the sale will take precedence over any prior advertising.

All merchandise must be paid for on the day of the sale and removed the same day.

Dealers must have a tax number on file with AmeriTex Auctions before settlement. You may obtain a this form on our website (Resell Cert. Form).

Cash, checks (first time customers with bank guarantee).

Consignment

 Consignment terms:

1. We only accept quality merchandise.
2. All items accepted for consignment are to be sold at a no minimum or reserve price and consignors are not allowed to bid on their own merchandise (absolute auction).
